ONE.
Separation Anxiety. Let's just say that I have a teensy issue with misplacing my phone. It's not losing the phone. Just a misplacement. A casual I-know-it's-in-this-general-area-but-who-knows-where-it-actually-is. And sometimes. I set it down on my desk. And when I do that... I usually end up leaving it on that desk which means I don't have it at school. And that, my friends, is where the separation anxiety comes in. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those girls who are constantly texting, updating, tweeting, and pinning (though I am a Pinterest-addict) during class. I don't live to text. But if I don't feel my phone in my pocket... I lose it. Probably because if I break/lose/damage this one I'm out of luck. And luck is most definitely something that I don't want to be out of.
So that's why I get separation anxiety. When I'm separated.... from my phone.
TWO.Dos. Deux.
All of the above.
So you're probably wondering when this post is going to tie into fashion. Just a heads up.... it probably won't. I'm not exactly in the mood today (I have on a t-shirt from a bike shop in Texas, and jeans. Not exactly a blogging-worthy ensemble.)
But I am going to say one more thing... No matter how attractive Peeta Mellark is, or how dang cool the special affects get, new movies have nothing on the oldies. So that's what I'm here to talk about. A classic. I'll give you one guess. Go.
Yep. Singin' In the Rain. Probably one of my all-time favorites. Did you know that Debbie Reynold's first kiss was with Gene Kelly for this movie? (I know I'm a nerd. But we've already had that conversation in the last post.) How adorable is that?? So last night my bud Ella and I watched that.... and then promptly ran out back where we preceded to sing. and dance. in the rain. We were feeling it. How could you not after watching multiple hours of people singing in the rain in darling old fashioned clothes? But we did get very wet.
Love,
the girl with the wet head.
Reagan.
