For all clothes cute, girly, vintage-y, and affordable shopruche.com is the place to go.  Their dresses are my FAVORITE though! They have a whole section right now of dresses for Valentines... a friend asked me if I knew of anywhere to get adorable dresses, and I immediately suggested Ruche. (she ordered three that very night!!) So basically, Ruche is the place to go to get your fix of all things indie, sweet, and all of the above.  It's like a cheap version of Anthropologie!
