But heels certainly are!
I paired this monochromatic outfit with a neon orange scarf to give it a bit of color. Especially in winter, bright and fun scarves are the perfect way to brighten an outfit! Plus, I've always loved the layering look.

 You can't really see the earrings, but they are big black drops with little rhinestones around the edges!

 These are my wear-everywhere-for-everything heels. Black pumps! (I'd call them a necessity)
